The role of the straps is to improve and increase the strength of the bar.

The implementation is obviously a little longer than with brackets, and it will be even more the case during the first uses, but after a few sessions and with the usual, it becomes faster.

Finally, last important note concerning the straps of force:

The use is very simple, but it is still possible not to position correctly, and therefore not to fully benefit from their role.

If you place your hand on the bar (in pronation), start winding the strap under the bar, and conversely, if you place your hand under the bar (supine), start winding the strap on the bar.
